He debuted on the radio in 1989, with the microphones of Antena 1 and shortly afterwards had his first program on Antena 2. He went through the adventure of XFM (of which he was one of the founders), Radar (where he made the “Discos” for 12 years. Voadores”, had a collaboration on TSF and several programs on Antena 3 (two of them still in production) before returning to the home of departure, at the end of 2021.

To the radio he added newspapers and magazines (Expresso, Blitz, DN or Billboard), blogs (currently Gira Discos) and books. Later on television, with documentaries created for RTP and regular work at the Song Festival and Eurovision since 2016. He is a collector of vinyl slices (but he doesn't say no to CDs or cassettes).
