Miguel Martins – Guitar Carlos Barretto – Double Bass José Salgueiro – Drums. The group Miguel Martins “Kaleidoscópio” has 15 years of complicity and union, based in Lisbon, includes a vast tour of concerts at festivals in Portugal and Europe.

Guitarist Miguel Martins already has a 25 years career and has edited several albums awarded by specialised critics and with a varied international career playing all over Europe. Martins accompanied by two important names in Portuguese Jazz, José Salgueiro on drums and Carlos Barreto on double bass, the surprise is guaranteed.

The repertoire of the new album “ATMAN” consists of originals by the composer and guitarist Miguel Martins. This new album includes many musical stylistic elements, with original arrangements by the trio where Barretto and Salgueiro express themselves in Martins' music, mixing other musical styles with modern and contemporary Jazz, creating rich soundscapes and intense rhythms. The experience of playing so many years together, raises the music to a level where it is unexpected, with surprise and security, making the public travel through this intensity and joy of playing music based on improvisation and freedom.
