Singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and activist, Bia Ferreira is the great voice of MMP – Música de Mulher Preta, a term she created to define the way she uses songs as a form of activism, to address themes such as black feminism, anti-racism or LGBTphobia. After several singles such as Quota Is Not Alms, It doesn't have to be Amelia, From Inside the AP and Boto Fé, the artist from Minas Gerais released her first album in 2019, Lesbyterian Church: A Calling, which he now presents live in Portugal. Much more than just music, his shows quickly become a space for enlightenment, provocation, motivation and a fight for everything he believes in. Meanwhile, he has already announced that this year, a new EP will be released, which may start to be unveiled at this concert at MED.
